4C for Children Leadership and Early Childhood Conference

We are so excited to welcome back for the 5th year, the 4C for Children Leadership and Early Childhood Conference! Expecting around 700 attendees, this 2-day conference will take place on October 25-26 and is specifically for (educating) encouraging, rejuvenating and training child care providers.

“We’ve had a wonderful experience with the Sharonville Convention Center for the last 5 years. Since we are a nonprofit, budget is always an issue. They always do a great job meeting us at our budget while still providing a great experience for child care providers,” Angie Lance, Team Lead for Quality Programs at 4C for Children.

The theme this year will be centered around, Embracing Empathy and Equality and inspiring and helping child care providers to teach children to be empathetic and accepting. The keynote speakers will not disappoint and include Dr. Deb Clary, Corporate Director for the Leadership Institute at Humana Inc. and Otis Williams, Founder and President/CEO of Otis Williams Limitless, a personal development firm that teaches people how to train their fear so they can live free and share their gifts with the world. (United Way will be there to incorporate some exciting activities surrounding empathy and equality.)

4C for Children is a nonprofit whose mission is “to educate and support the adults who care for young children and advocate for public support of quality early education and care for all children.” Their support spans over 3 regions: Southwest Ohio, the Miami Valley and Northern Kentucky.

“We really appreciate the relationship that we’ve built with the Sharonville Convention Center staff and look forward to hosting our conference there for many more years.” Angie Lance, Team Lead for Quality Programs at 4C for Children.
