Thank you for selecting the Sharonville Convention Center as the site for your upcoming function! The following general guidelines have been established by Ovations Food Services to assist you with your planning and to ensure your function will be presented in a timely and professional manner.
All menu selections and other arrangements must be received by our catering office at least fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled function. Food and beverage prices are subject to change. Prices will, however, be confirmed six months prior to the event. All food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, must be provided by Ovations Food Services and may not be brought in, sold or served, in any manner whatsoever, by any other person or organization. Additional charges may apply to food functions that exceed four hours.
