PARTNERING WITH HAMILTON COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH TO DO OUR PART FOR THE COMMUNITY

The Hamilton County Public Health Department recently hosted one of their first major COVID-19 vaccination distribution days here at the Sharonville Convention Center. We feel very encouraged as this is just one step closer to hosting our larger events. Vaccinations were by appointment only and were for first responders and healthcare professionals. The Health Department vaccinated 560 workers from the state of Ohio’s tier 1A group. The Convention Center vaccination model served as a trial run as Hamilton County ramps up for when more vaccines are available. I was proud to see how helpful our staff was coupled with how our large event spaces provided social distancing areas for the many healthcare workers and first responders we served in partnership with Hamilton County Public Health.

We are making every effort to cooperate with the procedures necessary to secure the health of our communities by partnering with the county. We are full of tempered optimism that these measures are the first step in recovering normalcy. Thank you all for your continued support. Stay warm and safe.
