It’s the (not so) little things, too.

Dear Friends,

Even though you may not realize it, every time you enter a structure – a home, a restaurant, a venue –
your eyes scan for seemingly small things. Is it clean? How does the paint look? Are there missing
lightbulbs? The answers to these and other questions go a long way in forming your opinion of that
structure. If the answers are positive, great. If not, well…

The Sharonville Convention Center is dedicated to making sure our guests’ experience is nothing short of
excellent. That means, of course, great service and delicious food, efficient layouts and a full slate of
amenities. It also means maintaining a physical space that is inviting and fresh.

Each year, the Center devotes a sizable portion of its budget to do just that. The work includes big, visible
improvements and smaller but no less important upkeep. In 2025, the big project is to replace all the
carpeting in the Center. By early January, we will have 20,000-square feet of fresh, new carpeting – the
design of which was informed by our customers. And all through the year we will be replacing lightbulbs,
grouting tile, cleaning and sealing windows, fixing and paving our parking lot.

The combination of a top-notch facility and operational excellence is the key to the Center’s success. In
pursuit of this ideal, we will never rest.

Hope to see you – and hear from you – soon!
Jim
