CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED

IMG_0987At Sharonville Convention Center, our customers are our top priority. Each of our team members believe that simply doing the minimum to meet customer needs is never enough—we’re on a mission to exceed expectations. As a step to improve our customer service, we recently completed a new construction to move Jodi, our Administrative Assistant’s office to the entryway of the Convention Center so she will be immediately available to greet and assist each customer. Since our renovation, we’ve increased significantly in size and added several new banquet rooms. Now, Jodi will be readily available to assist our guests in finding where they need to go to ensure everyone has the best possible experience.
