We are thrilled that the new Delta Marriott hotel will be opening soon in our Northern Lights District! Formerly the Ramada Plaza, this full service hotel has undergone a complete and extensive renovation and is currently rebranding the entire hotel, the Delta Marriott. The first phase, which is now wrapping up, included completely gutting and renovating all guest rooms. The 176 rooms in the main tower have a very modern feel with modern finishes. The second phase will be renovating the 18,000 sq. ft. meeting and event space. And the third phase will be an addition of a rooftop bar and bourbon bar.
The momentum for revitalizing the Northern Lights District has caught a lot of attention by the media and will only continue to grow. This is just one of many successes in our efforts to bring life back to the Northern Lights District, along with the opening of Third Eye Brewery in a few months and the expansion of the Convention Center’s exhibit hall.
