Event Information

 

Electric Connections - Basic

  • Rates quoted for electrical connections cover only the bringing of service to the booth in the most convenient manner and do not include any special wiring. All wiring and electrical work on exhibitor's display will be charged on a time and material basis. All equipment must be properly tagged and wired with complete information as to type of current, voltage, phase cycle, horsepower, etc. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to avoid overloading circuits. All connections will conform to the National Electrical Code, City Code and Building Regulations. All prices include labor. Labor rate of $25/hour will be charged for cord cap charges.

    • Basic Electrical Connections 120 Volt, Single Phase, 60 Hz AC

  • Standard outlet up to 10 amps (1000 watts) Examples: (Lights, laptops, cell phone chargers, TVs, etc.)

  • Standard outlets up to 20 amps (2000 watts) Examples: (Lights, small ovens, hair dryers etc.)
 

Electric Connections - Motor & Special Electrical Connections

Labor

  • Labor will be charged in 1-hour increments. (Minimum charge – 1 hour). Advanced payment is required for all services.
  • Laborer: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

  • Electrician Maint Engineer: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

  • Laborer: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, After 5pm, Sat, Sun, Holidays

  • Electrician Maint Engineer: Monday – Friday, After 5:00 P.M., Sat, Sun, & Holidays

  • Booth Vacuuming (one time per day)
  • Banner Hanging
 

Internet/Telephone Service

  • Hard Wired Internet Connections
  • Dedicated Outside Telephone Lines
 

Compressed Air

  • Prices are based on 1/4" line. If pressure is critical, exhibitor should contact Sharonville Convention Center Maintainance Engineer.

    • Basic Compressor Service

  • $100/connection
 

Water and Drainage

  • Pressure may vary. No guarantee can be made of minimum and maximum pressures. If pressure is critical, exhibitor should contact Sharonville Convention Center Maintenance Engineer.

    • Cold Water Line: 45-60 PSI, standard garden hose connection

  • Minimum 45 PSI. Maximum 60 PSI
  • $105/connection

    • Drainage - standard garden hose connection

  • $85/connection

    • One-Time Water Fill, Including Drain

  • $100/500 gallons
