Welcoming John Cook, our new Hotel Liaison!

The City of Sharonville and the convention center are very mindful of how important hotel accommodations are when attracting new events and visitors. Since 2012, there has been development and growth, including new businesses and hotels within the city.  Hotels such as the new Delta Hotels by Marriott and Tru by Hilton. This has benefited the Sharonville Convention Center and our customers by providing more first class accommodations for event attendees.

As a way to continually improve the guest experience as well as streamline communication between our convention center and our hotel community, we have created a new position called Hotel Liaison.  Our Hotel Liaison will be our point person, who will partner with our hoteliers to ensure they are ready and prepared for any influx of event attendees. 

Please welcome, John Cook, our new Hotel Liaison! John is a retired Police Officer and served the City of Sharonville for 35 years. John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team and we look forward to his contributions.
