We are so excited to be hosting the first annual Ohio Anime Expo on Saturday, July 21, 2018! Andrew Satterfield is bringing his knowledge and heart into promoting this event and has been extremely successful running the Cincinnati Comic Expo for many years. It is an honor that he has chosen our facility as the foundation for this event as well as a place for fans to celebrate all things anime.
The Sharonville Convention Center is a great launch pad for events such as this one. We have the ability to host thousands of people. Not only is the facility easy to get to and a central location, the City of Sharonville has a lot to offer with unique restaurants, shopping and many quality hotels to stay in. Since we offer free parking, it allows the event prices to stay low and affordable for both the attendee and the promoter.
Many other highly successful events got their start with us, such as Victory of Light, Horrorhound Weekend and My Furry Valentine. I remember when each of these events started using only a small space at the convention center and now they use our building’s full capacity! We have high hopes that the Ohio Anime Expo will be the same.
This is another great example of the wide variety of events that we host. We’re always looking to add fun and new experiences that people can get excited about. Currently, we are continuing toward expanding our exhibit hall to allow more visitors. Be on the lookout for news and updates throughout the rest of the year for this new upgrade to the Sharonville Convention Center.
Best,
